Will I have the right to inspect and test the shipment before accepting it?
- Yes, but only for deliveries within Bulgaria. Every shipment has an inspection and test
option, when the courier allows it. You can inspect and try on the item
without any worries - both at the courier's and at home after receiving
it.
Delivery to a personal address or courier office is free , with no minimum value.
When delivering to a vending machine, you cannot inspect the shipment in advance.
Swimwear and underwear are an exception for hygiene reasons.
If the item doesn't fit or you don't like it - no problem. Returning is easy and hassle-free.
Deliveries outside of Bulgaria don't have the test & inspect option.
Within what period do I have the right to request a return?

You can also request to pick up your order from www.edinstvena.com from there. The delivery time for each item also applies when picking it up from a location ( not all products on the site are available on site, they need to be requested ).
