Will I have the right to inspect and test the shipment before accepting it?
- Yes, but only for deliveries within Bulgaria. Every shipment has an inspection and test option, when the courier allows it. You can inspect and try on the item without any worries - both at the courier's and at home after receiving it.
- Delivery to a personal address or courier office is free , with no minimum value.
- When delivering to a vending machine, you cannot inspect the shipment in advance.
- Swimwear and underwear are an exception for hygiene reasons.
If the item doesn't fit or you don't like it - no problem. Returning is easy and hassle-free.
Deliveries outside of Bulgaria don't have the test & inspect option.
Within what period do I have the right to request a return?
- You have 14 calendar days from receipt to decide whether this is your item - without explanation and without stress. It is important to us that you feel confident in your choice. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to notify us within this period.
How do I proceed if I want to make a return?
Within Bulgaria:
- If you don't like the item - return or exchange is free (delivery is at our expense) within Bulgaria. You can contact us at +359 899 18 25 36 (we also answer Viber messages) to provide you with return details.
If you like the model, but there is a slight discrepancy in appearance or size, you have a choice:
- Free replacement
- Refund of up to 20% of the product value for correction at a tailor or shoemaker of your choice
How does this happen?
- You contact us in advance.
- You make the correction with a specialist you trust.
- You send us a photo and a receipt and we will refund you the amount (up to 20% of the product value) via bank transfer.
Corrections apply to reasonable and necessary changes , consistent with the type of item.
For returns from other countries, not Bulgaria:
You can return the package within 14 days after receving it. For the return address and information you can contact us: edinstvenabg@gmail.com or +359 899182536.
Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
When will I be refunded for a returned shipment?
- The amount will be refunded within 14 days from the date you state that you want to make a return, and after we receive the returned shipment and inspect it.
Do you have a physical store?
- We have a showroom for a small part of our items, which you can view and buy in Sofia, Studentski Grad, 8 Acad. Yordan Trifonov Street (Red Star business center, ground floor, the entrance to the building is on the side of G. M. Dimitrov Blvd.) from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00. You can also request to pick up your order from www.edinstvena.com from there. The delivery time for each item also applies when picking it up from a location ( not all products on the site are available on site, they need to be requested ).
