Will I have the right to inspect and test the shipment before accepting it?
- Yes, but only for deliveries within Bulgaria. Every shipment has an inspection and test
option, when the courier allows it. You can inspect and try on the item
without any worries - both at the courier's and at home after receiving
it.
Delivery to a personal address or courier office is free , with no minimum value.
When delivering to a vending machine, you cannot inspect the shipment in advance.
Swimwear and underwear are an exception for hygiene reasons.
If the item doesn't fit or you don't like it - no problem. Returning is easy and hassle-free.
Deliveries outside of Bulgaria don't have the test & inspect option.
Within what period do I have the right to request a return?

You send us a photo and a receipt and we will refund you the amount (up to 20% of the product value) via bank transfer.

Yordan Trifonov Street (Red Star business center, ground floor, the entrance to the building is on the side of G. M. Dimitrov Blvd.) from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00. The delivery time for each item also applies when picking it up from a location ( not all products on the site are available on site, they need to be requested ).
